God spoke to YWAM to start a university which would be a mobilizer for missions. Currently we have hundreds of schools in over 100 nations worldwide. These schools equip people in specific skills to impact their nations and the nations they are working in.
The University of the Nations is committed to training students to serve God in all areas of life. We train health care workers, teachers, pastors, graphic artists, church planters, community counselors, construction workers and those who can plan and manage development projects and the list goes on. Here in Burtigny we run a variety of schools including the Discipleship Training School, many of the communications courses, and the Children at Risk School.
