Read before registration
Please make sure that as you fill your registration forms, you ask for the right reference as well.
For a DTS, you will need 2 reference forms:
- 1 from your pastor (or spiritual leader)
- 1 from a friend (that knows you well)
For a second level school, you will need 2 reference forms:- 1 from your pastor (or spiritual leader)
- 1 from your previous school leader
PDF Registration
If you are in an internet cafe, or if you have a slow connection we recommend that you use the PDF Applications (download, print and fill out) instead of applying online. Then you just need to send in the application form to the following address:
